  • All you need is yourself! Your preferred note taking/reflection method will also be helpful (journal/pen, notes app, voice notes, etc.).

  • Nope. The intention of this course, and all Yoga for Vaginismus content, is to support people with pelvic floor dysfunction with generalized content that can support their recovery alongside the specialized work they may be doing with a medical provider. Please work with a trusted medical provider when making decisions for you and your pelvic health.

  • I’m not. This course is based on principles of yoga philosophy, the work of a few pelvic health experts I trust, and my own experience with navigating vaginismus. I’m not a medical provider, neuroscientist, or nervous system expert. Like any health program or protocol, please use your best judgement and work with providers you trust to support your personalized needs!
